Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Counseling (Ayco) partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce-leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. YOUR IMPACT

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping re-invent the digital Advisor experience for Ayco advisor teams. You will join a team of creative and driven product managers to help build digital solutions to empower the client and advisor relationship. You will be responsible for writing specifications, managing project execution, performing user testing, and being laser focused on metrics for the features you bring to market. You will be able to collaborate across a broad cross-section of business partners to deliver a cohesive experience for our advisors and clients. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

• Build strong partnerships with Ayco Advisor teams to gain deep insights into their workflows, challenges, and goals.
• Define, prioritize, and oversee the launch of new platform features that directly address advisor needs and align to business objectives.
• Develop clear, actionable documentation that translates business and user requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Lead user research activities-such as interviews and usability tests-to validate product ideas and guide design improvements.
• Analyze platform data and performance metrics to identify usage patterns, measure outcomes, and recommend enhancements.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with other product teams to ensure a seamless, integrated, and consistent digital advisor experience across all touchpoints.
• Provide proactive support to your product team by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth workflow and successful product delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 - 4 years of experience
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Enthusiasm for technology, innovation and emerging trends like AI
• Proven track record of delivering impactful results
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication abilities
• Solid understanding of financial services
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience writing detailed requirements and working in an Agile environment
• Background working with Financial Advisors serving High Net Worth clients
• Product management experience in agile, fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar platforms

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this Albany, NY, United States-based position is $55,000 - $75,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
