The Opportunity EmbryRiddle Aeronautical University is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Student Financial Services (SFS) Process Specialist to support and optimize financial systems and student account processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for payment plans and student withdrawals, while ensuring the accuracy and functionality of key systems such as TouchNet, Campus Solutions, and VA billing tools. The Process Specialist will collaborate across departments-including Financial Aid, Veteran Student Services, Admissions, and University Accounting-to ensure compliance, system integration, and timely communication of updates. A deep understanding of the student lifecycle, third-party sponsorships, military education benefits, and financial policies is essential. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical system proficiency, and a commitment to high-quality customer service. Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00, with a starting hourly pay expectation around $21.00.
