Summary: The Specialist works with Engineering and Construction Engineers and Project Managers to ensure project documentation are verifiable, traceable and complete in the Company's Document Management System. The Sr. Specialist will also perform quality audits during construction to verify the required technical and engineering records are properly collected and uploaded to the Construction Document Management System in accordance with the Company Engineering Standards. The Specialist will work with Project Managers to assist with project forecasting, invoice coding, routing of WBS forms, creation of work offers, change orders, and assisting with material requisition. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide field support to E&C Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Office personnel responsible for project records on the use of the Company's Construction Project Document Management System.
