We are seeking a skilled Intelligence Targeting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. Th
is role requires collaboration with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments that support special operations, targeting, HUMINT, exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct advanced collection and analysis of publicly available and commercially available data sources.

- Process and disseminate intelligence findings to support operational objectives.

- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce comprehensive intelligence assessments.

- Support special operations, targeting, HUMINT, and exploitation operations through detailed analysis.

- Contribute to cyber operations and indications and warnings threat estimates.

- Fuse multi-source information to create multi-intelligence assessments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Proficiency in utilizing OSINT tools and methodologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with intelligence community standards and practices.

- Experience in special operations or related fields is a plus.

• Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intellige0ce support to special operations.
• Superior proficiency, knowledge; understanding; and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.
• 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (Os6) / GS-15 level or higher.
• Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years.
• Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
• Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments,
• Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
• Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required.
• Security Clearance: Top secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
