Responsibilities The OHH Support Specialist I is responsible for direct support of end-user systems and applications used by the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Acts as first level support for end-user issues, including: computers, printers, scanners and various production software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC, Citrix and other Windows applications. The core of the position is troubleshooting computer hardware and software as a customer service representative. Qualifications Experience: Entry level position. Healthcare related IT help desk experience a plus. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Licensure/Certification: Technical certification preferred. Working Knowledge: Possesses a detailed knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications and a broad knowledge of general IT systems across the continuum.
