In this role, you'll provide day-to-day oversight and support to our Behavioral Health Therapists who work directly with patients. Other responsibilities would include the following: conducting monthly chart audits, addressing any urgent patient needs, participating in administrative meetings as needed, utilizing the EMR system and running clinical reports. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential

Position: Clinical Supervisor IOP
Shift: Full-Time, Days ; Monday through Friday; no weekends or Holidays!

Location: 600 Abbott Drive, , Broomall, 19008; have their own office.

Experience:
5 years of related experience, 3 in supervisory position.

Education:
Graduate degree in health-related field.

Licensures/Certifications:
LCSW or LPC licensure required.
