The Sales Excellence Manager, Consumer Channel Sales, Americas plays a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency, optimizing sales strategies, and enabling the sales team to achieve peak performance. You will leverage data-driven insights, refine sales processes, and implement best practices to enhance customer engagement, revenue and Windows devices growth.As a member of the Americas Regional Sales Leadership Team, this role is a trusted advisor and the activator of Sales discipline, Sales cadence and execution excellence; as well as a Sales coach, accelerating business growth by translating insights into actions. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipAdvise Sales Leadership in developing channel sales strategy, territory design, and account opportunity planning.Support deep, portfolio-level Partner planning across key accounts to align business goals and maximize Partner impact, across both short and long term horizonsLead the orchestration and quality control of Account/Partner business plans and planning rhythms (RoP) within the segment/region.Activate sponsorship across Channel Sales and Segment Leaders to drive plan adoption and execution.Insights and Analytics EnablementPartner with Business Operations to design and enhance reporting tools that enable actionable insights for sellers and managers.Use predictive analytics and AI tools to identify trends, forecast opportunities, and recommend optimizations across sales motions and revenue drivers.Provide clear and actionable business insights that guide data-informed decision-making and planning.Driving Sales Process DisciplineContribute to sales strategy by identifying up-sell, cross-sell, renewals, and opportunity recapture activities.Support adherence to sales processes, account plan discipline, and quality standards; hold teams accountable for excellence in execution.Drive growth through partner/channel strategy improvements and business planning and benchmarking current performance and identify levers to accelerate growth through integrated partner strategies.Coaching and TransformationProvide strategic coaching to sales managers and teams on leveraging business insights and tools.Support transformation efforts by identifying sales blockers, sharing feedback with relevant internal teams, and coaching on large-deal execution as needed.Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to enhance forecasting, performance tracking, and prioritization.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
