Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $14 - $19 per hour (Depending on experience.)

What You'll Do:



  • Restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition
  • Handle general plumbing, basic electrical work, and minor drywall repairs
  • Install appliances and replace light bulbs
  • Assist with property upkeep and conduct regular inspections
  • Report any unusual issues
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
  • Lift up to 50 pounds



Requirements: Minimum 2 years of make-ready experience
