Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Safety Administrator whose purpose is to assist in data collection and administration of the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, policies, and procedures. The role will work closely with the EHS team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, Daikin requirements, and to promote a culture of safety throughout the site. Location: Remote What you will do: Become experienced in EHS Software Assist with data collection and entry Assist EHS Leader with managing action plans to meet site EHS Goals Maintain all department records as identified by the EHS Leader Collaborate with department staff and site personnel to ensure documentation meets record retention and document control requirements Assist with building EHS spreadsheets and presentations Document minutes from meetings Track new and old chemicals onsite with chemical management system Maintain, document, and assign employee training Create daily training topics Participate in EHS committees and teams to drive continuous improvement Attend trainings and seminars to increase knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practice Promote Daikin's goal of zero (accidents, emissions, etc...) The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
