Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit

Position Summary
The Assistant Director for Student Leadership, Recruitment, and Development is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position reporting to the Director for Residence Life. The Assistant Director for Student Leadership, Recruitment, and Development works closely with other professionals in the administration and management of a comprehensive housing and residence life program that serves 5700+ on-campus students. This position has the responsibility for general administration oversight and management of recruitment, training, and selection of student staff and student leadership programs ( RHA & NRHH).
Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree with concentration in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of four years of full-time experience working in Housing and Residential Programs (Residence Life).
