Carnegie Mellon University's School of Music is seeking applications for a part-time, hourly, fixed-term Sound Designer/Mixer position. The appointment will begin on August 18, 2025, and conclude on October 14, 2025. Hours will vary week to week. A projected calendar can be provided upon request. This position will be responsible for the sound design, installation and run of show for the fall opera for the school of music, and supervising student crew assigned to you in the theatre. Core responsibilities will include:
