Fresh and Safe Inc Goals/Objectives of Position: Regulate food preparation and reduce operating expenses to meet company's objectives: zero defects, zero shortages, and timely deliveries. Train and develop team members. Essential Duties:
Education/Experience Required: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Administration (or related field) or equivalent experience; minimum of five years supervisory experience in an institutional food service setting. Must have or acquire Serve Safe certification. Knowledge Required:
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a 30-pound load, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds; pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds. Other: Permitted to work at schools and other Fresh & Safe jobsites. |
