Your Job Join our team in Maumelle, AR as a Mold Set-Up Technician, where you'll play a key role in supporting our medical production environment. In this hands-on position, you'll set up and optimize production jobs and equipment, ensuring our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met every day. What You Will Do Set up, start up, and change over production jobs, ensuring processes meet control capabilities and quoted standards-including robotics, part pickers, and vision systems Operate and maintain molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts Follow documented procedures and use databases to perform set-ups and troubleshooting Evaluate and improve molding processes to boost quality, safety, and productivity, ensuring compliance with validated windows and established guidelines Communicate key information to fellow Mold Technicians across shifts Partner with the production team to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience with machines and equipment What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Experience with injection molding and/or liquid silicone molding Familiarity with SAP Experience creating work instructions for set-ups and insert changes At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
