Your Job

Join our team in Maumelle, AR as a Mold Set-Up Technician, where you'll play a key role in supporting our medical production environment. In this hands-on position, you'll set up and optimize production jobs and equipment, ensuring our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met every day.

Shift Options:

12 Hour Days (7am-7pm)

  • A Shift: 2-2-3 schedule
  • B shift: 2-2-3 schedule
12 Hour Nights (7pm-7am)
  • E Shift: Sun-Tues + every other Sat
  • F Shift: Wed-Fri + every other Sat

What You Will Do

  • Set up, start up, and change over production jobs, ensuring processes meet control capabilities and quoted standards-including robotics, part pickers, and vision systems
  • Operate and maintain molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts
  • Follow documented procedures and use databases to perform set-ups and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate and improve molding processes to boost quality, safety, and productivity, ensuring compliance with validated windows and established guidelines
  • Communicate key information to fellow Mold Technicians across shifts
  • Partner with the production team to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience with machines and equipment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Experience with injection molding and/or liquid silicone molding
  • Familiarity with SAP
  • Experience creating work instructions for set-ups and insert changes
