Job Title: Intermediate ServiceNow Developer
Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)
Status: Full-time
Clearance Level: TS/SCI
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required (Master's may substitute for 2 years of experience)
Certs: IAT Level II Certification
(Must hold one of the following: Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP)

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent experience

Salary: 70,000-$85,000

Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. Typical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, creating and maintaining workflows, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties

Qualifications:

Five (5) years of recent and relevant ServiceNow Implementation and integration experience focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment.

1) Must have relevant ServiceNow experience with the ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud

  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

  • Proficiency with:

    • ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)

    • Custom script development (JavaScript, Glide API)

    • CMDB, workflows, business rules, and UI actions

  • Understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery and continuous improvement

  • Familiarity with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems

  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and user support skills

  • Ability to work in classified environments and maintain data integrity and compliance
