We are seeking a Sales Transformation Solution Play Lead to join our team! In this role, you will develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to gain market share in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) industry that is undergoing a fundamental transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and go-to-market (GTM) investments. And you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, sales teams, and partners to enhance our CRM solutions. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Go To Market strategies that align with Microsoft's vision and market demands, with a pronounced emphasis on strategic thinking and the ability to uplevel plans to meet evolving business goals.Lead cross-functional teams across the Product Marketing Group (PMG) and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPs) to deliver high-quality solution plays on time and within budget.Analyze market trends to continuously refine and improve solution offerings.Drive adoption and usage of solution plays through effective training and enablement programs.Monitor and report on the performance of solution plays, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and drive budget attainment.Manage and execute the regional GTM community and create strong feedback loops with them.Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback for future solution play enhancements.Embody our culture and values.
