Job Description Summary Our people are our greatest asset. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill the position of Security Services Investigative Specialist within our Corporate Security group based in Denver, Colorado.
Essential Job Responsibilities: * Report directly to the Security Manager within Corporate Security. * Position operates out of Denver, Colorado. * Develop, implement, and oversee security programs at both domestic and international locations. * Manage and supervise contract security services as required. * Administer security policies, procedures, and employee security awareness training. * Identify potential security threats and implement appropriate mitigation measures. * Collaborate closely with the Corporate Security team on physical security initiatives. * Partners with HR, Legal, and other business units on matters of shared interest. * Willingness to travel as necessary and respond to incidents on a 24/7 basis. * Prepare presentations and engage effectively with senior management. * Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * Exceptional customer service abilities, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient understanding of physical security principles, practices, and operations. * Demonstrated capacity to integrate into the security framework of a large corporation. * Ability to exercise sound judgment and respond decisively in dynamic situations. * Possession of a valid driver's license. * Minimum of 8 years of security experience. Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Preferably 10 years of law enforcement experience. * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong written and oral communication proficiency. * Competence in computer applications. * Familiarity with electronic security systems is highly desirable. *Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements may receive consideration for higher-level role given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
