Production Operator

Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator in Dayton, OH. If you have 1-3 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience and are looking for a steady, full-time overnight position, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay:

• $16.00/hour
• Plus 10% shift differential

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Learn blueprint reading, industrial math, and machining theory for your department
• Train under a Team Lead or Level 3 Trainer to build your machine operation skills
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts (up to 50 lbs frequently)
• Perform basic deburring of metal parts
• Operate lathes, mills, and other machining equipment safely
• Follow production steps and document processes accurately
• Communicate effectively with your team to maintain workflow
