Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters, including cluster deployment, upgrades, scaling, monitoring alarms, and log management.
2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the DevOps toolchain, including CI/CD processes, code repositories, and build tools.
3. Monitor platform performance, perform performance tuning, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
4. Design and develop automated operations scripts, tools, and platforms to improve operational efficiency and automation levels.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years of IT operations experience, with at least 5 years of Kubernetes-related experience.
2. Familiar with the deployment, management, maintenance, and tuning of Kubernetes clusters, familiar with various resource objects of K8s.
3. Familiar with common DevOps toolchains, such as Jira, Git, Jenkins/Argo, Helm, Ansible etc.
4. Familiar with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
5. Familiar with Linux system management and network configuration.
6. Familiar with one of the common programming languages (such as Python, Go, Shell) and have scripting capabilities.
7. Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift) is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
