Description and Requirements

Position Description: The ISG Global Account Representative will be responsible for driving ISG portfolio revenue, strategy, and customer satisfaction for Lenovo's current and future Global accounts.

This individual will be establishing and managing account relationships through senior level engagements. With a focus on a holistic and comprehensive understanding of our customers Data

Transformation needs, this individual will develop short and long term strategies for market share growth and trusted advisor status within the accounts. They will also develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, and account territory strategies utilizing the powerful network of interlocking teams and resources. The Data Center Global Account Representative will be paired with Global Account Managers (responsible for overall performance to our global customers for all product lines in all regions), also be engaged with extended Global account teams. The ability to lead AND operate in a collaborative team are critical.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue & margin quotas.
  • In charge of the full sales cycle, from quotation to closure. Advocate for client needs during sales cycle and in addressing any delivery issues.
  • Build professional working relationships with the client, up to the C-level.
  • Leverage executive sponsors and other Lenovo resources to strengthen relationship and credibility with client influencers and decision makers.
  • Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity.
  • Build and orchestrate sales pipeline activity, ensuring active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close.
  • Represent entire Lenovo portfolio of products and services.
  • Engage partners effectively to improve win rates and delivery of selective deals.

Basic Requirements

  • 2+ years of strategic sales experience within the high-tech industry, focused on large enterprise accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in the enterprise infrastructure space (e.g., servers, storage, cloud, or data center solutions).
  • Proven history of successfully selling to C-level executives over a period of 2+ years, as demonstrated through roles involving executive engagement and high-level account management.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

OTE range for this role is $239,500 to $319,300, structured as 60% base salary and 40% commission.
