Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support its Enterprise Operations team. This role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely and managing a high volume of interactions with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or escalating them when necessary. Documenting all customer interactions accurately in internal systems. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and policies. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational guidelines. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role (banking or financial services preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software tools. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.68 - $27.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
