Your Job

We are seeking an Insights & Knowledge Analyst to support the business. This position is responsible for supporting primary marketing research projects spanning qualitative and quantitative methodologies, along with supporting "special" projects that aim to enable capability transformation. This position is a part of a team responsible for building the organization's knowledge foundation and identifying proprietary insights. Internal customers will span GP's PRO Washroom, Retail, and Dixie businesses.

This role is critical in identifying proprietary insights, translating research findings into impactful narratives, and leveraging innovative tools to enhance decision-making. The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia, with limited travel required (up to 20%).

What You Will Do

  • Support PRO and Retail/Consumer I&K initiatives and contribute to expanding VOC insights through social listening, product reviews, and other innovative methods.
  • Execute both qualitative and quantitative research projects, including survey development, programming, field monitoring, and data analysis.
  • Translate complex findings into engaging and easily digestible formats, such as infographics, slides, videos, and social snippets tailored for non-technical audiences.
  • Conduct experiments to test hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other non-category teams to align insights with business priorities.
  • Frame research insights into compelling, action-oriented narratives that drive decision-making across teams.
  • As needed, support PRO & Retail/Consumer flow-to-work initiatives and insights communication strategies.
  • Administer and maintain the knowledge management platform, ensuring seamless access to research assets and insights.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including renewals and evaluations, to ensure high-quality research deliverables.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with GenAI tools to enhance research methodologies and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge tools to improve efficiency and scalability of insights generation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in market research OR MMR
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SPSS, and online survey platforms such as Qualtrics
  • Ability to translate research findings into concise formats for various audiences
  • Ability to craft compelling stories from insights
  • Ability to travel 20%

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Market Research, or an MBA
  • Previous experience in a CPG manufacturer or market research vendor role
  • Prior experience with b2b research methodologies
  • Experience supporting research across the full product lifecycle (innovation, commercialization, post-launch)
