What We Do
First American Home Warranty has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Lead Systems Administrator. This position will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of First American Home Warranty's infrastructure and architecture in line with stated internal and CIS security policies.
This role will help guide a team of systems administrators and provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. This position also involves managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing best practices for system performance and security; all in collaborate with other IT teams and departmental stakeholders to develop and implement strategic IT initiatives and ensure that the organization's technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business. Salary Range: $109,650 - $146,175 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ** Note that the following statements only apply to candidates who will be working from an unincorporated area within Los Angeles County. **
