Pay Rate: $25.00

Job Description:
This position purchases in SAP and Ariba for Maintenance, Capital, and Storeroom. Coordinates activities involved with procuring indirect goods such as equipment, tools, parts, supplies and outside services. Establishes operational plans, strategy, development, and innovation for the department that meets or exceeds financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Apply the use of strategic sourcing model to develop and implement robust sourcing activities and processes that meet financial planning, secure supply, quality and price risk mitigation objectives.
2. Support and lead cross functional efforts to develop productivity programs that deliver enabler and inventory reduction targets.
3. Drive a strong program to develop short- and long-term projects to deliver an annual target of annual enablers, support innovation and process efficiency.
4. Track inventory spend, along with key metrics which include part turns, and obsolete MRO (maintenance repair operations) parts.
5. Lead all the sourcing responsibilities and strategy execution for the Maintenance Department.
6. Ariba purchasing from beginning to end.
7. Continuous Improve of the MRO Maintenance Storeroom.
8. Or other duties specified by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
1. Detailed knowledge of SAP maintenance reports, equipment parts, purchasing in SAP, invoices management, managing VMI's (vendor management inventories), and inventory adjustments/cycle counting.
2. Excellent managerial and project management skills.
3. Good negotiating skills and the ability to create new and cultivate existing relations.
4. Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
5. Ability to work independently
6. Ability to interact at all organizational levels.
7. Strong analytical skills, research background, process development and continuous improvement.
8. Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree and or equivalent work experience required; business, or supply chain discipline preferred
Minimum of 2 to 5 years in Procurement experience strongly suggested.
This is a non-bid, non-seniority position. Selection will be based on qualifications and potential only.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
