What you will do...
- Develop and lead the 3-5 year innovation strategy and pipeline across a portfolio of brands.
- Partner with Category leads and brand teams to align innovation roadmaps with brand strategy and market dynamics.
- Monitor food trends, health & wellness movements, technology shifts, and competitive landscapes.
- Oversee the end-to-end innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization.
- Leverage consumer insights and data analytics to validate concepts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercially and financially viable platforms.
- Collaborate with Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Sales to develop launch strategies and commercialization plans.
- Build ideas grounded in product and packaging viability and strong financial performance.
- Provide strong leadership to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

What you will bring to the table... (Required Skills)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 10 years of consumer-facing brand management experience
- Proven experience in brand and innovation strategy development
- Track record of driving profitable growth from concept to commercialization
- High-level strategic thinking with strong business, financial, and operational acumen
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
- Deep curiosity about the marketplace, consumers, and ingredients
- Food industry experience
It would be nice if you have... (Preferred Skills)
- MBA or advanced degree
- CPG Brand Management or Brand Innovation Management experience
- Experience managing complex portfolios across multiple brands and product groups
- Knowledge of category, consumer, and shopper behavior
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $167,700-$241,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
