Ingersoll Rand seeks a talented Shipping & Receiving Supervisor for its Ingersoll Rand Pump (IRP), MP Pump and Oberdorfer Pump (MPOB) Business Unit. This role will be responsible for setting and communicating daily, weekly, and monthly goals to team members, organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules in a manufacturing facility. This leader will require the ability to empower, coach, and mentor team members for both growth and development. The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor works with a team to ensure health and safety codes are followed. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and a problem solver and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects. Responsibilities:
