Job Title: Developer I

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

• Experience with J2EE technologies such as Core Java, EJB, JDBC, JMS, RAD 7.5, WebSphere 7.0 and Servlets.
• Solid Experience with J2EE Framework such as smartGWT, iBATIS, Castor.
• Solid Database experience in Oracle.
• Experience with Web Service Technology.
• Experience with Asynchronous communication.
• Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML diagramming and design documentation.
• Strong XML processing experience .
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems.
• Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively.
• Strong and proven problem solving.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of J2EE development experience.

• Self starter, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment.
• Experience with version control software such as ClearCase.
• Familiar with Web Service technologies such as JaxWS, SOAP and WSDL.
• Familiar MSOffice and Visio.

• The J2EE Developer shall have experience in developing and modifying applications.
• They will also have accountability for technology deliverables will develop detailed design documentation.
• Have knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture principles.
• Shall also possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables.
