How you will make history here...

The Planner/Scheduler plans, schedules and coordinates a broad spectrum of safety, preventive, routine, repair and emergency maintenance activities, using SAP as a primary tool.

What you will do...

1. Plans and schedules maintenance work based on demand, workload, skill sets, and available parts; inspects work locations; uses the computer, SAP, and other resources to develop plans.

2. Coordinates activities between operations and maintenance and with other staff, contractors, vendors, and other agencies as required.

3. Stays abreast of the activities of engineering projects and uses this information in planning and scheduling work.

4. Coordinates equipment removal, installation and power outages with plant staff during work on modification to existing facility.

5. Assists in developing technical specifications for outside services.

6. Works with Maintenance and Engineering to develop and recommend changes to the safety, mechanical, electrical and instrument preventive/corrective maintenance and lubrication programs.

7. Advises Plant Staff, Supervisors and department manager of critical and continuing maintenance problems.

8. Assists in the development of a stockroom plan for maintenance parts, supplies,

Materials, inventory control and recommended inventory levels.

9. Assists in identifying and recommending training needs, equipment, specifications, and standards to help maintain consistent maintenance practices throughout the facility.

10. Recommends data gathering activities and report formats; determines reporting and analysis needs, and sets up and prepares special and periodic reports of maintenance activities; produces weekly schedules, charts, backlog reports for maintenance manager and supervisors, conducts weekly meetings for planning, scheduling, and coordinating.

11. Tracks all equipment information, including spare parts and documentation.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1.5+ years of maintenance experience or manufacturing experience

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
  • 3+ years of Maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$56,500-$81,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
