The Digital Customer Experience Engineering Director is to lead the development of best-in-class customer-facing digital solutions. This role will oversee the engineering teams responsible for mobile/web apps, eCommerce platforms, customer service applications, and sales solutions, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences through modern, cloud-native architectures. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.
