Rental Associate (Field Installer)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Candidate must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays.

Duties (include by not limited to):

-Break down and pickup inflatables and event tents (With or without assistance)
-Load/unload van/truck/trailer for daily deliveries
-Deliver rental equipment (tables, chairs, etc)
-Clean returned equipment
-Comply with company policy and standards

Requirements:

-Previous experience with a party rental company preferred (not required)
-Ability to carry heavy loads (100+ lbs)
-Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
-Ability to work weekends
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers
-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Crew Lead positional must have a valid DL and clean driving history
