Job Description

We are building a global network of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) to support our enterprise capability strategy. As a Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and operational readiness of our GCCs. You will contribute to the stand-up, transition, and long-term success of global hubs by coordinating cross-functional activities, not only ensuring operational readiness but also continuous improvement on performance and ensuring our GCC infrastructure is future-ready and aligned to long-term business objectives.

Responsible for leading a dynamic program management team to oversee and drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives across various business domains. This role demands a thought leader and strategic consultant capable of identifying innovative opportunities. Responsibilities include ensuring rigorous program management standards, financial oversight, and executive-level reporting to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Readiness & Logistics: Coordinate with Real Estate, Finance, and local teams to support the operational setup of new sites. Help manage lease timelines, occupancy tracking, and readiness planning.
  • Process Implementation: Support the implementation of scalable operational processes in alignment with the global GCC strategy. Ensure documentation, tools, and governance models are effectively adopted, and frameworks created for repeatable success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and local site leadership to help ensure operational alignment and readiness.
  • Talent Coordination: Partner with HR to support onboarding and workforce planning activities related to GCC staffing and organizational ramp-up.
  • Thought Leadership & Strategic Consulting: Act as a thought leader and strategic consultant to challenge conventional thinking, identify innovative opportunities, and drive organizational progress.
  • Program Oversight: Plan, organize, and lead a program management team to provide comprehensive oversight for sub-projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Standards & Execution: Ensure adherence to common program management standards and operating models to guarantee robust execution and accelerated delivery of projects.
  • Reporting & Insights: Compile updates, analyze data, and develop insights to maintain continuous visibility into program progress and outcomes. Provide executive-level reporting on risks, roadblocks, successes, and overall program health.
  • Financial Management: Partner with finance to oversee project costing and valuation, ensuring financial targets are met.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five to eight (5-8) years of experience in program management in a business environment or strategy consulting with a demonstrated strong understanding of business and financial planning functions. Two (2) years of experience as a leader or a senior member of multi-functional teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, project management, shared services, or global business support roles
  • Familiarity with global operations, delivery center models, or large-scale transitions is a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across departments and/or geographies
  • Project management certification a plus
  • Strong management, business acumen, human relations, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication (written and verbal) abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead people and manage executive-level programs.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful business outcomes.

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States, with preferred locations at Memphis, TN/Dallas, TX/Pittsburgh, PA. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. National Pay Range: $110,500 -198,900 annually
