Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Forklift Driver Location: Edison, NJ Pay Range: $19-$23/hr Shift: 1st Shift 6AM-2PM or 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm Type: Temp to Perm Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have prior experience operating forklifts, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Safely operate Stand-Up Forklifts, Propane Fork and Reach Trucks to move products throughout the facility Load and unload trucks and containers Stage and organize product in proper locations Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, cleaning, etc.) Requirements: 1+ year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center Valid forklift certification (or willingness to get certified) Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable and punctual Preferred Skills: OSHA Forklift Certified #ZR
