11 *Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level* Position Summary
Use ESRI software for entry-level gas/electric facility edits and data maintenance activities to production GIS database. Use GIS tools to review facility data for spatial accuracy and completeness, perform job reconcile and posting activities. Support internal and external customers with data and mapping requests, as needed and perform basic trouble-shooting support for GIS users. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
GIS Degree or GIS certification and Experience using ESRI ArcGIS desktop application.
Documented experience digitizing and editing ESRI ArcGIS data, knowledge of using map tools, and application of cartographic principles.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
Ability to work under heavy surges in workload and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
