Description
Red Thread is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of c-suite or senior leadership within the furniture manufacturing or dealership industry. This individual will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, overseeing all operations, and ensuring the achievement of our business goals.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will also oversee the design, development, and implementation of services that support our customers and internal stakeholders. You will foster alignment across departments and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives forward.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through innovative strategies and effective management.
  • Lead and mentor the next generation of sales leaders to ensure the company's long-term success.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
  • Guide and empower teams to deliver strategic and financial objectives.
  • Oversee customer experience strategy and service delivery across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with Steelcase core values while shaping and modeling our unique Red Thread culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, sales, management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Significant operational leadership experience
  • Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability.
  • Proven c-suite or senior leadership experience in the furniture manufacturing or dealership industry (Preferred).
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience (Preferred).
