Job Summary and Responsibilities Acentra Health is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in managing our claims tracking system. Your primary responsibility will be accurately entering new claims, with close attention to details such as demographic data, provider information, and other critical claim components. A strong focus on accuracy and data integrity is essential. Beyond data entry, you'll support internal communications and help identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies that arise during the claims process. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations. This role also requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams ** The selected candidate will work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern. ** Work schedule: This is a hybrid role. The candidate must be flexible and available to work onsite at our Tallahassee, Florida office at least one day per week, with the remaining days remote from their home office.
