Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business Department: Undergraduate Advising Office Job Description
Come and work with a fun team, and amazing college students! This position's main purpose is to support 14 advisors and help be the bridge to connect 4,000 + business students with their advisor. This position is the front line support to welcome guests to the office. This role will manage calendar's, respond to phone and email inquiries, creating the weekly undergraduate newsletter as well as helping with the office projects.
Shift
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
1 year working in s support role, great customer service, organizational and communication skills. Anticipated Hiring Range
