We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to apply a detailed understanding of manufacturing process improvements across the PEO Missiles and Space portfolio. Every day you will utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience to formulate inputs and recommendations to various missile system manufacturing improvement activities. You will assess manufacturing, materials, and processes for missile systems, subsystems, and components to identify and coordinate improvement concepts and tasks that can be implemented to significantly reduce cost, weight, and supportability requirements. You will formulate test requirements to ensure emerging missile systems meet program requirements. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet task deadlines. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written skills, analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail. This role requires an understanding and experience in the relationships between design engineering, manufacturing, and the requirements verification process, and how to successfully implement new and novel manufacturing processes. You will apply engineering and business case methodologies to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of manufacturing programs and technologies. You will develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and program administration.

Required

  • BS or BA Degree
  • 16 years of related experience
  • Experience with Army Weapon Systems
  • In-depth understanding of the Manufacturing and Engineering process
  • Some travel
  • Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
