Description

As our Compensation and Labor Relations Consultant, you will provide coordination of labor relations activities within the compensation team. In this role, you will serve as initial compensation contact for a myriad of labor issues including wage disputes and classification issues. You will provide support for unit modifications and accretions and facilitate communication between parties as needed. In addition, you will perform job classification analysis, support administration of wage programs, and benchmark market data.

Salary Range: $83,800 to $179,400 Annually

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or
    equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or
    labor relations
  • Proven experience working with collective bargaining
    agreements and union environments is preferred
  • Experience with collective bargaining grievances or dispute
    resolution process is preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities
  • General knowledge of compensation practices and programs
  • Understand of compensation-related laws and regulations
    (federal, state, and local) including Fair Labor Standard Act
  • Advanced skill with MS Office Suite; advanced Excel skills
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • MarketPay experience is preferred
  • PeopleSoft experience is preferred
