*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of the posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and an annual merit increase. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the Role

The Director, Analytics plays a vital role in supporting strategic pricing, margin management, and go-to-market decision-making. This position is responsible for consolidating data from multiple systems, to create visibility into business performance, and building tools and dashboards to enable smarter, faster commercial decisions within the QSR business unit. This role serves as a key thought partner to the Growth Desk and Sales leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.

This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Excellence - QSR working closely with peers in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Category Management and with support functions such as Innovation & Sustainability, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources. Reporting to this role will be a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities



  • Leads a team of analysts in conducting data analysis to support quote development, pricing strategy, and broader go-to-market strategies and initiatives
  • Consolidate data from various plant ERP systems into a unified customer-product database specific to the QSR business
  • Build and maintain the QSR Deal Dashboard to monitor quoting activity, deal status, and business impact
  • Develop and update customer-specific margin waterfall analyses to identify profitability drivers and leakage points
  • Establish and maintain a QSR Contract Database to support contract tracking and compliance
  • Track and visualize price-cost trends to enable informed pricing decisions and forecasting
  • Analyze pricing variation and recommend adjustments to minimize unnecessary differences across customers and SKUs
  • Monitor extended and actual sales/margin trends by customer to highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across platforms


What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years' experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
  • Experience working with ERP data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
