Description

ISCO Industries is an end-to-end piping solutions provider that specializes in HDPE. We're seeking an experienced piping professional to support technical sales, system design, and customer success efforts across civil infrastructure, water, sewer, and industrial piping applications. This engineer will be a critical link between the field, the office, and the customer-helping contractors, municipalities, and engineers get the right product in place for the job.

Responsibilities



  • Review and interpret project plans, profiles, and specifications to recommend piping solutions that meet structural and hydraulic performance needs.
  • Collaborate with contractors and design engineers to optimize system layouts, joint configurations, and installation methods.
  • Prepare takeoffs, submittals, detail drawings, and technical support documents to assist with quoting and execution.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights that enhance proposals and presentations.
  • Lead trainings and presentations for customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide occasional field support, including job site visits, installation reviews, and troubleshooting assistance.



Preferred Background



  • 5+ years of experience in piping, utility design, construction, or related engineering roles.
  • Solid understanding of underground infrastructure, trench design, and pipe installation best practices.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • CAD literacy and familiarity with civil plan review software is a plus.
