Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $36,200 - $47,100 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Recipe For Success: Accountable for the collection, analysis, and entry of production data into the database, ensuring accuracy by investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Reports and provides data to functional and line teams for review and to drive continuous improvement. Ensures that the Quality Food Safely documents are filed according to SQF requirements and that they are always audit-ready. Retrieves sales orders and creates production schedule, ensuring that the correct products are scheduled to meet the needs of the sales orders on-time and in-full. Prints and distributes schedule. Participates in continuous improvement activities with Production team to help achieve objectives. Maintains and updates daily associate rosters, tracking vacation, leave and holidays. Education and Work Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of experience in Production Control or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems.
