Asset & Wealth Management-New York- Associate - Finance, Structuring & Execution - 8349929

Job Duties: Associate - Finance, Structuring & Execution with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Produce financial intelligence and work closely with fund management team to facilitate fund capital call, cash distribution, investor and regulatory reporting on fund performance. Support fund structuring and deal management process, including generating reports, across the entire lifecycle of a portfolio. Assist with ongoing FX hedging of new and existing fund investment strategies (corporate equity and infrastructure). Facilitate information flows by monitoring integrity of books/records. Monitor and review business risks and capital usage, including monitoring and managing changes in risk. Daily profit & loss management, balance sheet management and capital planning, and presenting deliverables to senior leadership. Assist with the development of technology tools to help collect, store and report on financial and risk data; develop and enhance analytical & reporting tools. Collaborate with global teams to improve workflow and efficiency and rationalize best business practices.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: participating in process improvement initiatives, including automation, simplifying mathematical and financial calculations, and workflows; analyzing, monitoring, and classifying risks for accurate reporting and valuation; organizing and analyzing financial data using Excel functions such as pivot tables, data cleaning, VLOOKUP, data validation, and data visualization; performing financial calculations and analysis and conduct risk assessments, including contributions or distributions, allocations, valuations, and ad-hoc analysis; developing and presenting financial and mathematical analysis to management; working with managers, external stakeholders, internal stakeholders, and junior team members to escalate and resolve issues; and conducting internal and regulatory driven information requests.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York -based position is $105,000 - $122,000.
