A Brief Overview The Senior Manager of Brand Creative is responsible for bringing the brand creative strategy to life by overseeing the planning and production of critical elements including but not limited to UX, digital, traditional and environmental design. The position manages the brand design and copywriting team and collaborates with internal/external teams to execute the strategic vision and to provide timely, consistent, and high-quality creative work as requested by cross-functional teams and departments. This leader is responsible for bringing the brand to life by leveraging strategic and creative problem solving, proposing new creative design direction and influencing the adoption of these designs.
What you will do
Manages a team of designers and copywriters to produce effective on-brand deliverables for strategic business initiatives and marketing campaigns by inspiring a culture of creativity and reviewing and prioritizing projects ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget. Oversees the design of traditional print, digital, environmental, and apparel assets. Oversees the creative development of UX content including website landing pages, social content, digital ads and video. Responsible for maintaining brand and design documentation and staying up to date and knowledgeable on future design trends. Collaborates with internal teams, including, but not limited to, UX, CX, Advertising and Research to serve internal/external business partners by creating meaningful creative solutions based on our business' needs Present creative concepts to senior and cross functional leaders and influences the adoption of designs while securing funding to complete the projects. Collaborates with extended brand activation team to develop consistency and continuity in brand communication assets. Reviews creative performance data, where available, and uses that to share insights and recommendations that influences design decisions and deliverables. What you will need
Bachelor's Degree business, journalism, marketing, design or other related field 7-9 years Relevant experience required Brand management experience or similar role required 4-6 years mentoring and managing creative teams required Possesses a foundational understanding of graphic and UX design principles, with the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interactive elements and apply key design concepts, such as color therapy, typography, and layout (High proficiency) Ability to present, persuade, and sell design ideas to executives. (High proficiency) Knowledge of graphic designing software in a MAC environment, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Jira and Microsoft Office. (High proficiency) Highly responsive individual who is a self-motivated starter with the willingness to display discretionary effort. (High proficiency) Effective, results-oriented communicator and leader with a focus on team development. (High proficiency) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing requirements (High proficiency) Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint (Medium proficiency) Experience in Smart Sheets project management tool (Medium proficiency) Curiosity to explore AI tools
