Assembler Location:McKinney, TX Job ID: #71201 Pay Range: $20-24 Job Description: This role will support production AND development/prototype products at the McKinney, TX site. The effective candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks while supporting our manufacturing / production environment. Key Responsibilities: Assembly of Military Electronics: Employ torque tools and other manual tools to assemble military electronics, adhering to detailed assembly instructions and drawings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, factory management, program management, and fellow assemblers/testers. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Required Skill Sets: Ability to understand assembly instructions, experience working with hand tools (such as screw drivers, torque tools, specialty tooling, etc.) Experience with navigating computer programs Desired Skill Sets: Experience in production environment Education Level Required: HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training Years of Experience: 2 Years Benefits provided: 401K Medical, dental, and vision Sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
