An established growing solutions provider is expanding its footprint into the Tampa Bay market-including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Sarasota-and is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to lead the charge.

This is a remote role with extensive fieldwork and hands-on customer engagement. You'll be the face of the company in one of Florida's most dynamic territories, responsible for growing brand presence, signing new clients, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.


What You'll Do:


  • Prospect and generate leads through local networking, cold outreach, and field visits



  • Sell solutions directly to local business and property owners (primarily storefronts, restaurants, and resort or beach services and more)



  • Educate prospects on how they can monetize underutilized space and increase foot traffic with a win-win model



  • Handle initial onboarding of new accounts and remain available for customer support needs post-sale



  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and community events throughout the Tampa Bay area



  • Act as a true partner to clients-handling occasional operational requests and contributing to overall customer satisfaction



  • Help shape the future of the business by providing feedback and rolling up your sleeves where needed (20% of the role will involve non-sales operational support)




What We're Looking For:


  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a high-activity, field-based environment-experience in transportation, parking, property management, or local business services a plus



  • Strong local market knowledge and established comfort navigating Tampa and surrounding areas



  • A fearless hunter mentality-you're not afraid to walk into a storefront, pitch a new idea, and close a deal



  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, but is also a team player who enjoys collaboration and shared goals



  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a genuine desire to see small businesses succeed
