Our client is a leading supplier of structural building materials and manufactured components for both residential and commercial construction. We're looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our client's fast-paced, collaborative office environment.

In this vital role, you'll support key operations with a focus on detail, communication, and organization. You'll interact with construction documents and terminology, assist with project coordination, and use your strong Excel skills to support office functions. Whether you're handling data, communicating with teams, or assisting multiple tasks, your role is crucial to our partner company's continued success.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $19/hr.

Qualifications:



  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Familiarity with construction documents or industry terminology
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Construction knowledge preferred
