Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and execute complex operational and strategic analyses to support business unit decision-making.
• Manage and guide medium to large cross-functional project teams through project lifecycles.
• Review, validate, and approve analytical findings and reports for presentation to senior leadership.
• Conduct advanced statistical and data-driven analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other business units to align initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical direction to junior and mid-level analysts.
• Ensure analytical outputs meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
• Apply knowledge ofWork Management Systemsto support operational efficiency and compliance.
• UtilizeSAFe Agilemethodologies to manage and deliver projects in a structured, scalable manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in data analysis and project execution.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operational analysis, business strategy, or project management.
• Strong background in thenuclear industryor related regulated environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with statistical software is a plus.
• Deep understanding ofWork Management SystemsandIntegrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Demonstrated experience working within theSAFe Agileframework.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
