What You Will Do...

  • Lead theIntegrated Business Planningprocess with cross-functional teams to analyze key metrics and forecast volume.
  • Managecomplex product commercialization initiativeswith Commercialization, Supply Chain, and multiple other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison with integrated marketing teams to develop and activate digital, social, shopper, and PR campaigns while defining KPIs and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
  • Monitor thecompetitive landscapeand identify trends and opportunities using data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and executestrategic marketing plansaligned with long-term business goals.
  • Overseemultiple marketing projectsunder tight timelines while balancing long-term objectives.
  • Inspire and influencecross-functional and agency teamsto deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyzekey performance indicatorsto optimize strategies and exceed business goals

Who You Will Work With...

  • Internal Teams: Demand Planning, Finance, Sales Strategy, Commercialization, Supply Chain, and Integrated Marketing.
  • External Partners: Creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agencies.
  • Leadership: Report directly to theDirector of Marketingand collaborate across multiple leadership levels.

What You Bring to the Table (Required Skills)...

  • Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum1 year of experiencein brand management, strategic marketing, or project management.
  • Strongcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate withcross-functional teamsand manageexternal agency relationships.
  • Demonstratedcreative thinkingand experience in building marketing activations.
  • Ability toprioritize and execute tasksin a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Stronganalytical skillsandbusiness/financial acumen.
  • Aresults-oriented mindsetwith a track record of achieving strategic goals.

It Would Be Nice If You Have (Desired Skills)...

  • MBAor advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience in thefood or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Familiarity withdigital and social media marketing trends.
  • Experience managingagency relationshipsand executing integrated campaigns.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

    $71,500-$102,800

    Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
