Automated CNC Cell Tech Lead Shift: 1st, (6am-6pm) Pay: $30/hr. (Based on Experience) We are seeking a CNC Cell Tech Lead to take charge of a small team operating a high-volume, automated machining cell. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong growth potential. Job Description: Supervise, train, and motivate 2-3 CNC cell operators Operate and troubleshoot automated CNC and robotic equipment Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Conduct root cause analysis on equipment or process issues Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and machine readiness Maintain inventory, support shipping/receiving, and track production metrics Promote and enforce safety, 5S, and ISO/DOD compliance What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (CNC and robotic systems) Ability to read blueprints and follow job orders Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Forklift certification (or ability to pass on-site test) Must own or be willing to purchase basic tools
