This Position reports to: Director, Service OperationsAn ABB Quality Control System (QCS) Field Service Technician will be part of a 2-person resident team, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of proprietary ABB hardware and software. The role also includes assisting with projects, upgrades, new installations, and advanced services. This position requires the ability to work independently or as part of a small on-site team. You will be mainly accountable for: Performing on-site ABB-prescribed preventive and corrective system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of ABB 800xA QCS to maintain system performance to specifications.
