Customer Service Representative - Sarasota, FL

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative join our team.

Schedule is full-time, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm. This position is eligible for quarterly production bonuses. This is not a remote position.

This position requires use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

The customer service representative will be responsible for managing customer information and performing administrative duties for the Repair Station.

They will:

• Coordinate daily Repair Station activity between the customer and the Repair Station Manager via phone and email.
• Send, receive and process customer email traffic primarily involving status and service details.
• Provide quotation and updates to customers in a timely manner.
• Review warranty claims and verify status.
• Review contract items specific to the repair station requirements for processing customer articles.
• Process pro-forma invoices.
• Provide back up for Shipping and Receiving functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Six to twelve months of related customer service experience.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Read/Write Fluently in English
• Must be well-organized, flexible and able to work in a fast paced, manufacturing environment
• MS Office Suite including; Outlook, Excel, Access, and MSWord.
